Guardian Gawler is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to create engaging, play-based learning experiences and to support children through a rich indoor/outdoor environment. Join a passionate team and help deliver Guardian’s learning programs that spark curiosity and confidence.
You will collaborate with Educators, bring the unique ‘To BE Me’ initiative to life, and support transitions to school while upholding inclusive practices and family partnerships.
Join Guardian Childcare & Education Gawler and help shape an exciting early learning environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover and grow every day. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll be part of a passionate team in our purpose-built centre, creating experiences that spark curiosity, build confidence and support children to develop a genuine love of learning.
Our Gawler centre has been designed with children’s learning, curiosity and wellbeing at its heart. With spacious outdoor areas, including a sandpit and cubby house, children have plenty of opportunities for discovery, play and adventure. Inside, thoughtfully designed learning spaces provide rich, age‑appropriate resources that encourage children to explore their interests and develop their skills.
Located in Willaston, the centre proudly supports families across Gawler and surrounding communities, creating a welcoming environment where children, families and Educators can feel part of a genuine community.
At Guardian, we believe great Teachers create more than learning experiences; they help children build confidence, curiosity and a love of discovering the world around them.

We rigorously screen all potential team members, requiring a 10‑year verifiable resume, 5 years of direct manager references, and other security checks to ensure they meet our high standards.
