We’re seeking talented professionals to join our firm across Analyst, Associate and Engagement Manager levels in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and London.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equivalent work experience preferred for Associates and Managers.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time.
• Experience in economics, public policy, law, statistics, data science, finance, or natural sciences.
• Strong achievement drive and growth mindset.

Aufgaben

• Work with project teams (3-5 consultants) to deliver high-quality client outcomes
• Conduct research and analyse economic data on regulatory, commercial, and policy challenges
• Present findings to client leadership and collaborate on solution implementation
• Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Mentor team members and contribute to performance feedback (Associate/Manager levels)
• Lead project teams and manage client engagements (Manager level)
• Participate in business development and firm-building activities
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development opportunities
