ABOUT DECJUBA

Join DECJUBA, one of Australia’s most dynamic and fast-growing fashion brands. We’re on a mission to deliver an AMAZING multi-channel shopping experience, and we need an eCommerce Specialist who is as passionate about digital retail as we are.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and love the challenge of optimising digital trade, improving conversion rates, and driving revenue, then this role is for you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our eCommerce Specialist, you will take ownership of the daily trading and optimisation of DECJUBA’s eCommerce platforms and third-party marketplaces. From driving online sales to enhancing the customer journey, your work will directly contribute to our ambitious growth goals.

You will work closely with teams across Digital Marketing, CRM, Creative, Customer Service, and Brand Marketing to create seamless and engaging shopping experiences. Your role will be a mix of strategy and execution—analysing data, managing promotions, and ensuring our online stores run smoothly and efficiently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage daily eCommerce trading activities across DECJUBA’s sites and marketplaces.
  • Analyse sales performance and customer behaviour to identify revenue-driving opportunities.
  • Execute trade campaigns, promotions, and site updates to optimise conversion and engagement.
  • Align eCommerce activities with marketing campaigns for a seamless customer journey.
  • Champion an exceptional online shopping experience across desktop, mobile, and marketplaces.
  • Implement data-driven merchandising strategies to support sales, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Conduct regular site audits, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and heatmaps.
  • Work closely with Customer Service to resolve site-related customer experience issues.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track and report on key site metrics, including conversion rates, traffic, average order value, and customer engagement.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve digital trade and customer retention.
  • Prepare post-campaign analysis to refine future promotional strategies.

Marketplace Management

  • Oversee DECJUBA’s third-party marketplace presence, including platforms such as The Iconic, Myer, and David Jones.
  • Ensure product listings, pricing, and promotions are optimised for discoverability and sales.
  • Analyse marketplace performance and develop strategies to maximise profitability.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven experience in eCommerce trading and delivering against sales targets in a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of online merchandising, UX best practices, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, Shopify, and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Experience with marketplace platforms and inventory management systems (e.g., AP21).
  • Ability to work at pace, balancing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering #AMAZING experiences.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US

  • Be part of a fun, fast-paced, and innovative team.
  • Work for an iconic fashion brand experiencing incredible growth.
  • Opportunities for career growth and development in the digital space.
  • A supportive and collaborative team that celebrates success.
