Spotlight Retail Group in Victoria is seeking an experienced retail store manager to coordinate the full employee life cycle and lead a high-performing team. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales growth, and maintaining store KPI targets.

The ideal candidate will excel in visual merchandising, stock control, and fast-paced operations, with an owner’s mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Time management and multi-tasking ability.
• Visual merchandising and activity setup experience.
• Physically capable to work large volumes of stock.
• Having an owner's mindset for your store.
• A passionate attitude that inspires your Team.
• A resilient & innovative problem solver.
• Ability to review and action reporting (sales, top sellers, P&L, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT competency.
• First Aid certified or willing to be trained (fully funded).
