Job summary

Seafolly is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to drive online growth and optimize the customer journey across our digital channels. Based at our Alexandria Support Centre, you’ll work closely with the Ecommerce Manager to implement the ecommerce strategy and manage day-to-day online operations.

You’ll be responsible for product enrichment on Seafolly sites and marketplaces, scheduling promotions, testing assets, and analysing performance against KPIs to identify revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a similar Ecommerce role (Fashion retail experience desirable but not essential).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day Online operations that drive revenue and implement the Ecommerce strategy.
• Manage product enrichment and setup on Seafolly websites and Marketplaces, including promotions and assets.
• Perform daily site walks to identify improvements and revenue opportunities.
• Analyse and report Ecommerce KPIs and budget.
• Undertake performance analysis across sites for campaigns and new functionality.
• Provide weekly insights to achieve Ecommerce budget.
• Support digital marketing strategies (Paid Media, EDMs, SMS, SEO, Affiliates).
