Job summary

Qualifications

• Cert 3 or Diploma qualification in ECEC (recent employment is a must)
• Recent employment for the ECEC qualification requirement is defined as within 6 months
• Knowledge of the NQF and approved learning frameworks
• 12 months work experience in early childhood (required) in implementing programs that are inclusive and respond to the interests, strengths and learning needs of individual children
• Ability to articulate your role as an Early Childhood Educator in line with the EYLF Belonging, Being and Becoming
• Ability to work effectively in a team and engage in critical reflection
