The Opportunity

Seeking a dedicated and professional Medical Receptionist to join the dynamic team at Australian Skin Face Body in Geelong, VIC. This part-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a leading specialist medical clinic.

Key Responsibilities

·Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner

·Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, ensuring effective management of the clinic's schedule

·Perform medical records management, including updating patient information and maintaining confidentiality

·Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other patient inquiries efficiently

·Medical billing and claims processing

·Maintain a clean and organised reception area

·Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required

What We're Looking For

·Minimum 3-5 years experience in a medical reception or customer service role

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

·Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

·Proficient in using record management software and Microsoft Office applications

·Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of the healthcare industry advantageous

·Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies
