About the Opportunity
This role involves managing a portfolio of claims end-to-end, requiring strong stakeholder engagement. You should be comfortable providing updates and outcomes to stakeholders via phone.
While insurance/claims management experience is preferred, we are open to candidates from customer service, retail, or call-center backgrounds who are eager to learn insurance fundamentals on the job and aim to build a career in insurance.
NB: The internal position title is Internal Claims Adjuster, but similar titles include Claims Consultant, Claims Manager, Claims Handler, Claims Assessor.
