The Role

2-3 days a week including weekends

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to:

  1. Providing a high standard of customer service
  2. Processing guest check-ins and check-outs
  3. Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
  4. Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
  5. Supplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
  6. Completing day-to-day office administration
  7. Maintaining excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests
What We Look For
  • Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proficient computer skills, including RMS knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work 2-3 days a week including weekends
  • Current driver’s license essential
