We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover as a Claims Consultant in Accident, Health & Travel. The role involves managing Accident, Health, and Travel claims end-to-end, providing exceptional customer service through proactive claims management.

Accountabilities:

  1. Process claims within your delegated authority;
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant service level agreements and obligations to Codes;
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

About you:

  • Customer service and claims handling experience (essential);
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Organisational and time management skills;
  • The ability to work independently and within a team.
