The Role
Responsibilities

Based at our Claremont store, this full-time role involves working 10 days and 76 hours over a fortnight, including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in and complete the management development training program
  • Drive incremental sales improvements across retail, trade, and design channels
  • Provide expert customer service to retail and trade customers
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best choices
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Contribute to store presentation through merchandising and housekeeping
  • Induct new team members
  • Complete administrative tasks in the absence of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in retail or service environments
  • Strong communication skills to develop and motivate your team
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach with a willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • A current driver’s license
