The Opportunity

We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant/Cook to join our team at Holbrook Village. This role offers the opportunity to work weekends, performing cooking and kitchen duties, and providing high-quality food service to our residents.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Experience in planning, preparing, and cooking fresh meals
  • Experience in table service and clearing duties
  • Experience in fast-paced kitchens or bulk food preparation (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Food Safety Standards and HACCP compliance
  • Experience in aged care (desirable)
  • Current First Aid Certificate (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with high motivation
  • Availability for various shifts and days
