We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that align with the company's vision and strategy.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Lead product development, strategy, and redesign from concept through development, manufacturing, and market launch.
2. Develop products by identifying potential opportunities, conducting market research, generating product requirements, and planning marketing strategies, specifications, production timelines, pricing, and product launch plans.
3. Determine customer needs and desires by specifying research needed to gather market information.
4. Recommend the scope of current and future product lines by reviewing specifications and requirements, and evaluating new product ideas or packaging changes.
5. Assess market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors.
6. Support product marketing communication by defining objectives for product line messaging.
7. Obtain market share by collaborating with the sales team to develop sales strategies.
8. Evaluate market data by engaging with customers and analyzing sales call results.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager.
• Successful track record managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.
• Ability to develop and communicate product and marketing strategies effectively to senior management.
• Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
