Job summary

West Moreton Hospital and Health Service invites applications for a role dedicated to leading the Eat Walk Engage initiative. You will provide high‑level clinical service delivery, project management and coordination, education and training, and broad stakeholder engagement to prevent delirium in older inpatients.

The permanent part‑time position is 32 hours per fortnight, with hourly rates ranging from $57.76 to $69.55 depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Vaccination against specified vaccine‑preventable diseases is required.
• Appointment requires proof of qualification and registration with the appropriate Australian authority.
• Probationary or formal checks may be required prior to clinical duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Eat Walk Engage implementation across the site.
• Coordinate education and training for clinical staff involved in delirium prevention.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to support program success.

Job description

The purpose of this role is to lead the implementation of Eat Walk Engage by facilitating initiatives that will prevent delirium for older inpatients by providing high level expertise in clinical service delivery; project management and project coordination; education and training; and stakeholder engagement, liaison and negotiation at all levels.

Permanent Part-time 32 hours per fortnight.

NG6 - $57.76 - $61.85 per hour

HP4 - $64.64 - $69.55 per hour
