Morson Edge is seeking a Commissioning Manager to lead the R2 commissioning program for solar PV and BESS across the east coast. This role emphasizes program leadership and stakeholder coordination to keep projects energised and on schedule.

You will own the commissioning timeline, coordinate EPC and OEM teams, and manage relationships with AEMO and NSPs, ensuring timely energisation without hands-on testing.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Experience coordinating commissioning on utility-scale renewables.
• Strong stakeholder management across EPC, OEM and network parties.
• Willingness to travel along the east coast and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive R2 commissioning timelines across multiple solar and BESS projects.
• Coordinate EPC, OEM and internal engineering teams to keep commissioning on track.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with AEMO and NSPs through hold points and energisation.
• Report progress, risks and schedule impacts to project leadership.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks before they impact timelines.
