Job summary

You will work with a dedicated team to support children’s physical, emotional, social and intellectual development, while maintaining open communication with parents.

The role requires collaboration with management and staff to ensure a safe, inclusive setting, and you may participate in additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Deliver the EYFS curriculum and early learning activities.
• Keep records of children’s development and share progress with parents.
• Support other staff to create a caring, enabling environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality early years care across the setting.
• Maintain and share development records and learning journeys.
• Prepare planning sheets reflecting children’s developmental needs.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Participate in training, staff meetings and related duties.
