YMCA Ballarat is seeking a Full-Time Early Years Practice Coordinator to lead a team across western Victoria, from Ballarat to Mildura, overseeing 31 kindergartens and three long day care services. You’ll focus on high-quality learning, partnerships with families and communities, and safety and wellbeing of all children.

You’ll bring a Diploma or teaching qualification with VIT registration, plus experience coaching and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or teaching qualification in early childhood with VIT registration.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and child development.
• Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, and related certifications.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate experience in early childhood education and care settings.
• Influence and collaborate with Area Directors to drive improvements across sites.
• Strong understanding of EYLF, VEYLDF, and the National Quality Framework.
• Coaching, mentoring and/or leadership experience.
• Support Assessment and Rating processes and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building.
