Job summary

Hunter Douglas in Sydney's Rydalmere area is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant for the 6am–2pm shift to support our Receiving team. You’ll handle stock, verify invoices, and ensure accurate stock movements, contributing to on-time deliveries and a smooth operation.

Ideal candidates have warehouse or manual handling experience, RF gun proficiency, and a current forklift and driver's licence. This casual role offers on-site parking and opportunities to go permanent.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or manual handling experience.
• Must have RF gun experience.
• Must have full driver’s licence and forklift licence.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming stock.
• Cross-check deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
• Record and process stock movements in warehouse systems.
• Identify, investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and damaged goods.
• Maintain a clean, organised receiving area and support inventory control.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
