Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Centres is seeking dedicated Educators in Queensland. The role focuses on caring for and nurturing children's minds, supporting curricular documentation, and creating engaging learning experiences through play.

You will work with a collaborative team to uphold high standards and build strong connections with families. Applicants should hold an AnACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, with current checks and training.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Current Working with Children Check (state relevant) or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid, CPR and Emergency Care training or willingness to obtain.
• National Child Safety Training or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Care for, nurture and grow children’s minds.
• Support a team of Educators in meeting quality principles of curriculum and documentation.
• Develop learning experiences for children to learn through play.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve best practice and reflective teamwork.
• Build genuine connections with children and families, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Contribute to ongoing personal growth and continuous improvement.
• Present rooms as safe, inclusive spaces for all children.
