Job summary

Mentone Girls’ Grammar School is seeking an experienced ELC Coeducator to join our Junior School team in Term 4. The role is part-time (26 hours per week) and supports 3- and 4-year-old classes, with duties including covering lunch breaks and educator release time.

We value warmth, creativity and energy, and seek someone who builds warm relationships with children and families. A Diploma or Certificate III in Children’s Services is required, along with WWC, Child Protection, and First Aid

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate III in Children’s Services (Early Childhood) required.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Mandatory Child Protection (reporting) Training.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.

Responsibilities

• Support 3-year and 4-year classes and cover lunch breaks.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate with ELC Teachers and Coeducators under the ELC Director.
