Job summary

Rise & Shine Kindergarten in Marrickville and Summer Hill is seeking a Certificate III Trainee to begin a rewarding career in early childhood education. You will work alongside seasoned educators to support children's learning and development in a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment.

You’ll study toward your Certificate III while gaining hands-on experience, with mentoring and ongoing support from leaders and peers to help you grow.

Qualifications

A valid Working with Children Check.
Availability to work full time.
National child safety training (Gecko).
No prior experience required – just a positive attitude and commitment to learning.

Responsibilities

Work alongside experienced educators to support children’s learning and development.
Learn how to create safe, engaging, and inclusive environments.
Contribute to daily routines, play experiences, and meaningful interactions with children.
Study towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education while gaining hands-on experience.
Receive mentoring, coaching, and ongoing support from leaders and peers.
