ECTARC Smith Street is offering an 18-month Early Childhood Traineeship to gain hands-on experience while studying for a Certificate III in Early Education and Care. You will work alongside qualified educators at our Smith Street Education and Care Service in Wollongong, with support from Training and Development Officers.

Applicants must be 18+, have a genuine interest in working with young children, commit to both practical and theoretical components, and hold or be willing to obtain a Working

• 18+ years old and genuine interest in working with young children.
• Commitment to completing both practical and theoretical components.
• Current Working with Children Check clearance number (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID012).

Responsabilidades

• Assist educators in daily care and learning activities for children.
• Support programme delivery and child development activities under supervision.
• Participate in trainee study groups and mentoring sessions.
