Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support early childhood education across our classrooms. You will implement the curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with families to support each child's growth.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment goals and uphold high standards, while communicating effectively and managing multiple tasks to keep children engaged and safe.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to interact with children safely and communicate with parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and well-being.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
