Job summary

Young Academics Early Learning Centre in Sydney's Schofields area is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to deliver high-quality learning experiences. You will lead programs aligned with EYLF and NQS, guiding and mentoring educators while supporting children's safety, wellbeing and development.

You will collaborate with families and your team to create an inclusive, engaging learning environment where every child can thrive, with a rotating roster and full-time Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification is required.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and relevant legislation.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our Schofields Alex Ave team.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will create meaningful learning experiences that support children's learning, development, safety and wellbeing. You will lead high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF, NQS and Young Academics' curriculum while mentoring educators and strengthening teaching practice.

You will work collaboratively with children, families and your team to create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

This position is a full-time role – Monday to Friday between 6:30 am – 6:00 pm (rotating roster).

About You

• Current NESA Teacher Accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and relevant legislation.
• Current NSW Employee Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR and National Mandatory Child Protection certificates.
• Current Food Handler Basics Training Certificate.
• A genuine commitment to child safety, inclusive practice and positive learning outcomes for children.
