Job summary

Child Australia is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join the Nightcliff Campus. You will work with our Educators to provide quality care in a stimulating, play-based environment.

The role is permanent full-time (75 hours/fortnight), Monday to Friday, focusing on curriculum development, assessment, and family communication. We offer 85% childcare fee discount for staff, potential to work a compressed 9-day fortnight after probation, access to professional development and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or ACECQA-approved ECT qualification.
• Minimum 6 months' post-qualification ECT experience.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Current Working with Children Check.

• Develop and implement curriculum-aligned programs tailored to individual children.

• Observe, assess, and document children's development.
