Only About Children is seeking full-time ECT qualified Early Childhood Teachers to join our Sydney campuses. You will lead high-quality teaching, guide curriculum implementation and support children’s development through meaningful, play-based experiences.

With a salary range of $78,882 to $109,154 based on experience, we offer a supportive environment where your teaching makes a lasting impact on children's growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years full-time post-accreditation work experience.
• Experience in planning and implementing educational programs.
• Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement an educational program for child development.
• Maintain records of children's development and program planning.
• Support daily tasks including activity preparation and mealtimes.
• Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and regulations.
• Guide team members for professional development.
• Partner with families to support children's learning.
