Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join Busy Bees at Tamworth, NSW, on a full-time basis. You’ll plan and deliver high-quality programs aligned with EYLF, supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing in a safe, engaging environment.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and NSW teaching accreditation, with current WWC clearance and experience in Australian settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education with NSW teaching accreditation.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) required.
• Experience in Australian early childhood settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF.
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences for each child.
• Build strong relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with educators to maintain a reflective team culture.
• Support service to meet and exceed NQF standards.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation.
