Job summary

Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Educator to join the Tamworth team on a full-time basis. The role supports delivery of high-quality early learning experiences, fostering a nurturing environment where children thrive.

You will contribute to play-based learning aligned with EYLF, maintain safety and inclusivity, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues. NSW WWCC and First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW.
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS).
