Busy Bees at New Lambton, NSW, invites an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at 297 Lambton Road, New Lambton NSW 2305, on a full‑time basis. You will plan and deliver high‑quality educational programs in a safe, engaging environment and support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

You will bring a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, NSW registration, and a strong commitment to child safety and ongoing professional growth within a leading global early learning

Qualifications

• Commitment to child safety and Busy Bees values.
• Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA‑approved equivalent.
• Current NSW Teacher Accreditation/Registration.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in Australia is valued.
• WWCC clearance for NSW required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality EYLF‑aligned programs and experiences.
• Create engaging, play‑based learning that supports development.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive team culture.
• Support service to meet and exceed the NQF and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to curriculum planning, observations and documentation.
