Job summary

You will differentiate the curriculum for a diverse group of young learners, plan and review learning programs, manage classroom dynamics, and build strong relationships with families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent required.
• Current ACECQA registration as an Early Childhood Teacher is required.
• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG).
• Knowledge of National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Ability to contribute to achieving an Exceeding rating in assessment and rating.
• Strong grasp of age-appropriate development and professional boundaries with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with children, families and colleagues.
