You will deliver a holistic program aligned with EYLF and QKLG, maintain high professional standards, and support a nurturing, Christian-centred environment that values connection with families and the broader school community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Current ACECQA registration as an Early Childhood Teacher.
• Strong understanding of EYLF and QKLG curriculums.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Standards.
• Support processes for achieving an Exceeding rating in assessment and rating.
• Understanding age-appropriate development.
• Understanding professional boundaries with children and young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic education aligning with curriculum, policies and practices.
• Plan, implement and review learning programs.
• Maintain professional standards as defined by Australian teaching standards.
• Effectively manage students in the classroom and wider school community.
