Employment Type: Full time | 38 hours p/w

Pay: $43.55- $66.07 per hour+ EL allowance hourly+ Super

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Orange - Molong Rd

  • 90 places in centre
  • Operating 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Full time position over 5 days on a rotating roster
  • Active in the community, participating in the ANZAC Day March and NAIDOC Week March each year, participating in fundraising events, holding centre events for our children and their families
  • A dedicated team of educators which includes four Early Childhood Teachers
