Job summary

Tradewind Australia Pty in Campbelltown, NSW is seeking an Early Years Specialist to deliver allied health and early childhood supports to children with developmental delays or disabilities within a multidisciplinary team across home, childcare and community settings.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Teaching or Social Work.
• Experience working with children with developmental delay or disability and families.
• Ability to complete assessments, reports and documentation to a high standard.
• Valid driver's licence and ability to work across home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strengths-based early childhood intervention supports in line with program guidelines.
• Conduct functional assessments, developmental screening and observations.
• Engage with families as partners to set goals based on their priorities.
• Build capacity of families, carers and professionals to support children in everyday environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with NDIS requirements.
• Support families to access and implement NDIS plans where applicable.
• Facilitate parent education programs, playgroups or group-based supports where required.

Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 + super (experience-based)

Tradewind Australia is partnering with a reputable Not For Profit to recruit Early Years Specialists to support children with developmental delays or disabilities and their families through early intervention supports.

About the Role

As an Early Years Specialist, you will work directly with young children and their families to deliver early childhood supports that build capability, improve developmental outcomes, and support participation in everyday environments.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide assessment, intervention and family‑centred support across home, childcare and community settings.

What You’ll Bring

Essential
