Job summary

Eden Academy Xavier College Two Wells is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our brand-new centre. You will contribute to delivering a warm, high-quality Kindergarten program in a modern facility designed for exploration.

Our team operates from 6:30am to 6:30pm, supporting 141 children in a nurturing environment. You will engage families and participate in faith-based celebrations aligned with Xavier College values.

Operating from 6:30am - 6:30pm, our centre provides the perfect indoor and outdoor settings for 141 children to explore, and for you to deliver a world-class Kindergarten program.

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Full Australian working rights
• A professional, polished presence and warm approach
• A natural curiosity and confidence when connecting with families and the local community
• Demonstrated ability to deliver inspiring Kindergarten programs with heart and intention
• Comfortable supporting and participating in the Catholic identity of the service, including prayer, faith-based celebrations and community events, while embracing the values of the Xavier College community.
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
