Job summary

Young Academics Early Learning Centre in Cambridge Park is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to lead high-quality educational programs and support children’s safety, learning and wellbeing.

You will mentor educators, document children’s development and collaborate with families to create an inclusive, engaging environment where every child thrives. The role is full-time, with a rotating roster, Monday to Friday, 6:30 am–6:00 pm.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification is required.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check is required.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS and relevant legislation is essential.
• Current First Aid, CPR and National Mandatory Child Protection certificates.
• Food Handler Basics Training Certificate.
• Commitment to child safety, inclusion and positive learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging educational programs aligned with EYLF, NQS and curriculum.
• Lead reflective practice and mentor educators to strengthen teaching practice and outcomes.

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and reputable provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our Cambridge Park team.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will create meaningful learning experiences that support children's learning, development, safety and wellbeing. You will lead high-quality educational programs aligned with the EYLF, NQS and Young Academics' curriculum while mentoring educators and strengthening teaching practice.

You will work collaboratively with children, families and your team to create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

This position is a full-time role – Monday to Friday between 6:30 am – 6:00 pm (rotating roster).

• Current NESA Teacher Accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and relevant legislation.
• Current NSW Employee Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR and National Mandatory Child Protection certificates.
• Current Food Handler Basics Training Certificate.
• A genuine commitment to child safety, inclusive practice and positive learning outcomes for children.
