Job summary

Nextgen Early Learning Centre in Picton, NSW, seeks an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead our centre with passion and vision.

You will mentor staff, ensure NQF and EYLF compliance, manage enrolments and budgeting, and strengthen bonds with children and families.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
• Previous Centre Director experience is a must.
• Proven leadership or management experience within an early childhood setting.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
