Job summary

Harmony Lennox Head is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to lead studio programs with play-based and inquiry-driven teaching aligned to EYLF v2.0 and QKLG. You’ll build strong relationships with children, families and the wider community, and contribute to high-quality educational outcomes in a supportive, professional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• National Child Safety Training via Geccko with current certificate.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0, QKLG and contemporary pedagogy.
• Passion for intentional teaching, play-based learning and inquiry.
• Reflective, collaborative and curious approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to child and cultural safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead your studio with intentional, play-based and inquiry-driven teaching practices.

• Collaborate with Educational Leader and fellow educators to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Create engaging learning environments that inspire creativity, exploration and critical thinking.
• Bring EYLF v2.0 and QKLG to life through rich, meaningful and responsive learning experiences.
• Support children's transitions, school readiness and continuity of learning.
• Model professionalism, reflective practice and ethical decision-making.
