Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is hiring Casual Educators for Green Point NSW. You will support children with safe, inclusive learning experiences and contribute to the education program across centres as needed.

Flexibility to cover shifts Monday–Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm, with above‑award wages and casual loading. You’ll join a supportive team and have access to development opportunities and First Nations support.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved early childhood qualification.
• Current Working with Children Check (NSW).
• Willingness to travel between local services and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the early learning programme in the room and with centre team.
• Engage and supervise children at all times.
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and families.
• Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies.
• Support reflective practice and continuous improvement.

Job description: Role: Casual Educator

Location: Green Point – postcode 2251– NSW

Centre: Goodstart Green Point

Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm

Pay: $36.65 to $39.91 Plus Casual Loading
