Job summary

Little Gumnuts Early Learning Merrylands is seeking passionate Educators, Room Leaders and ECTs to join a thriving 84-place centre. We provide a purpose-built environment designed to inspire children and educators.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
• Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and a minimum 2 years experience in a Room Leading role
• Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) with NESA registration
• Experience in an early childhood education role
• Strong knowledge of National Regulations, Law, and the NQF
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Food Hygiene, and Child Protection training
• Current valid working rights in Australia

About You

• Passionate about early childhood education and child development

• Confident, collaborative, and committed to delivering quality programs

• Experienced in implementing the National Quality Framework in early childhood settings

• For Room Leaders and Teachers: leadership skills to mentor, guide, and inspire teams

Essential Criteria

• Educators: Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education

• Room Leaders: Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and a minimum 2 years experience in a Room Leading role
