Job summary

FGP Moreton Inc is hiring an Early Childhood Worker in Cunnamulla, QLD. The role focuses on supporting EYLF and QKLG-aligned activities, promoting positive behaviours, and delivering engaging learning experiences for children.

With a not-for-profit mission, the centre values teamwork, ongoing professional development and strong child-safety practices. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 plus Super.

Qualifications

• AQF Certificate III or higher in early childhood education and care.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is highly regarded.
• Willingness to undertake further study towards a Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Support setup and preparation of materials and spaces for EYLF and QKLG.
• Encourage positive behaviour and social-emotional development.
• Deliver engaging activities promoting learning and play.
• Support literacy through storytelling, songs and games.
• Supervise groups and assist daily routines to foster independence.
• Maintain hygiene and safe practices, document learning progress.
