ACECQA approved Certificate III in ECE is required, along with WWC checks, First Aid/CPR, and other safeguarding training. Relocation incentive up to $8,000 may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a high-quality play-based educational program.
• Strong understanding of Victorian ELY Framework and National Quality Framework.
• Ability to build relationships with families and communities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality play-based educational program guided by evidence-informed pedagogy.
• Plan and implement the educational program aligned with NQS and Victorian frameworks.
• Monitor children's progress and support social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Build respectful, collaborative relationships with families, children and colleagues.
