Job summary

C&K North Caloundra is seeking an Apprentice Educator to help provide a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, families and our community. You’ll work with a team and pursue a Diploma while gaining hands-on experience.

Applicants should be committed to guiding young learners, complete required safety trainings, and hold or pursue a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. Blue Card and police checks are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold, or be willing to commence studying, a certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, families and the community.
• Work alongside a team to support children's learning and development.
• Collaborate with educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
