Qualifications

• Develop, implement, and assess high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Observe and evaluate each child’s development and adjust programs to meet needs.
• Build strong partnerships with families to understand each child’s background.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
• Promote an inclusive environment supporting children with diverse needs.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and review early education programs in line with EYLF.
• Monitor child progress and adjust learning plans accordingly.
• Engage with families to share insights about each child.
