Job summary

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator for our Greystanes Service. You will create meaningful learning experiences aligned with EYLF and NQS, while ensuring safety and wellbeing across a nurturing environment.

You will observe and document children's development, collaborate with families and fellow educators, and contribute to continuous improvement through reflective practice within a full-time Monday–Friday roster.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved qualification in ECEC or working towards it.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Solid documentation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging programs aligned with EYLF, NQS and service curriculum.
• Observe and document children's learning and development, promoting wellbeing and independence.
• Maintain active supervision and safe, inclusive learning environments; identify and manage risks.
• Embed safeguarding and mandatory reporting into daily practice.
• Build partnerships with families and collaborate with fellow educators.
• Participate in reflective practice and contribute to service improvement.
