Job summary

Communities at Work in Canberra seeks Early Childhood Teachers to lead teams of educators and drive the learning, development and curiosity of children. You will relish working with children and build positive relationships with families and staff to deliver quality services.

The role requires a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or progress towards ECT, WWVP registration, and at least one year of teaching experience, with a commitment to play-based learning and strong NQF knowledge.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or working towards ECT qualification.
• WWVP registration is required.
• Minimum of one year experience or capability to be an effective Early Childhood Teacher.
• Display strong communication, reflection, and collaboration with staff and families.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and related laws.
