Village Early Education Eureka is seeking Diploma Educators to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate programs for young children. You will work with a collaborative team to support growth, wellbeing, and learning in a nurturing centre environment.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, WWCC, and First Aid. You will contribute to safe, inclusive practices and opportunities to develop professionally within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification).
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and education frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A genuine passion for supporting and nurturing young childrens' learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement educational programs that reflect the interests and developmental needs of the children.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe and document childrens' progress and development, using this information to inform planning and support individual needs.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the centres' educational practices and policies.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
