TechnologyOne is seeking an Early Career Full Stack Developer to contribute to our DXP KnowledgeBase team. You will build modern front-end experiences with React and TypeScript and evolve .NET/C# services powering a global, multi-tenant SaaS ERP used by thousands of organisations worldwide.

Whether you are a recent graduate or have a few years of industry experience, this role offers hands-on production work from day one and a clear pathway to more senior technical roles, with exposure to cloud

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with React and TypeScript and/or .NET/C#.
• Solid fundamentals: data structures, APIs, version control, testing.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in a scale-up SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Build modern front-end experiences using React and TypeScript with a focus on usability.
• Develop and evolve .NET/C# services and APIs that are reliable and scalable.
• Grow understanding of the platform design and large-scale SaaS systems.
• Contribute to shared frameworks and components across product teams.
• Write clean, well-tested code and operate software in production at scale.

Whether you're a recent graduate or have up to a few years of industry experience, this role gives you the chance to work on real production systems from day one. The code you write won't sit on the sidelines-it will help shape the core frameworks, services, and components that hundreds of developers across TechnologyOne rely on every day.

What you'll be doing…

• Building modern, responsive front-end experiences using React and Typescript, with a focus on usability and performance.
• Developing and evolving .NET/C# services and APIs that are reliable, secure, and scalable.
• Growing a deep understanding of the platform's design and architecture, and how large-scale SaaS systems are built.
• Contributing to shared frameworks, libraries, and components that make life easier for product teams.
• Writing clean, well-tested code and learning how to operate software in production at scale.
• Collaborating closely with experienced engineers, architects, business analysts, and product teams to solve real problems.
• Learning how to design for performance, resilience, and maintainability in distributed systems and cloud environments.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience (through work, internships, or projects) with React and Typescript and/or .NET/C#.
• A solid understanding of software fundamentals: data structures, APIs, version control, and testing.
• Pride in your code and a desire to continuously improve it.
• Curiosity, persistence, and the confidence to ask questions and take on new challenges.
• Desirable technical experience in Containerisation (Docker) and AWS.
