Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health counselling to diverse clients within a virtual setting.
  • Manage a flexible, self-directed schedule with access to on-call opportunities as described.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians in a nurturing, professional environment.
Ideal Candidates Will Have
  • Professional Registration: Registered as a Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor (PACFA or ACA level 3) with 3+ years of experience.
  • Counselling Expertise: Proven ability in short-term counselling.
  • Clinical Skills: Experience managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger.
  • Communication Experience: Prior experience in face-to-face or telephone counselling.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with IT-based case management systems (training provided).

Please Note: As a contractor, you must hold or be willing to obtain an A.C.N business registration; A.B.N will be considered on an individual basis.
