Project: Join a well-known financial institution based in Melbourne CBD as a Senior Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in their Lending Transformation Journey. This transformative initiative involves the development of a unified platform within the Foundational Lending Platform, focusing initially on Consumer Lending for Brokers, Third-party, and Mortgage partners. Your expertise will contribute to building a cutting-edge user experience portal that aligns with business requirements and paves the way for future expansion into other business domains.

Timeline: Long-Term Contract

Flexibility: Offering excellent flexibility with 1-2 days in the office in CBD

Your capabilities:

  • Industry experience as a Business Analyst in Finance, particularly in the Banking industry.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage closely with both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team across User Experience (Frontend) and microservice API-related technologies (Backend).
  • Experience working within an Agile framework, including writing business requirements with acceptance criteria, aligned to Agile-SCRUM methods.

Your role will include:

  • Collaborating closely with team members, such as developers, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Working within a Cloud Environment.
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience working in complex technology environments using multiple delivery frameworks.
