The Health and Business Solutions Division comprises four businesses, and we are seeking an experienced Management Accountant/Analyst to support our accounting and financial activities. Join our dedicated Finance team, which already provides services to an expanding group.

Position Details

We are offering a 12-month fixed-term full-time position, with immediate start and potential for permanent employment. Hybrid working arrangements are available!

Job Description

This role supports the division by providing financial and commercial services to help meet financial targets. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
  2. Provide insights into financial performance and explain variances to budgets and forecasts.
  3. Lead analysis to facilitate system transitions.
  4. Develop financial and non-financial models to support commercial analysis, pricing reviews, and margin assessments.
  5. Partner with operational managers to improve business results.
  6. Complete ad hoc projects and special financial reporting tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or a relevant field.
  • CPA qualification and knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards and Tax Laws.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Excel modeling skills.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills to enhance process efficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships tactfully and diplomatically.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with high attention to detail.
